- Review and improve current financial and marketing plans to build awareness and increase profits
- Assess food industry impact and competition
- Retain student education as #1 focus
- Assess feasibility and market potential of additional Beaver Classic™ products (i.e. beer, smoked fish)
- Explore a Beaver Classic™ Challenge contest and obtain funding
