To submit your application, select one of the following options:
Current OSU Student Non-OSU student
You may enroll in any of the courses in the certification program, given that you have met the prerequisites for those courses. Schedule an appointment to discuss the certificate with an FST advisor.
You may enroll in our classes after you apply to OSU and get admitted. When you apply, make sure to select "Ecampus" as your campus and select "Science and Technology of Alcoholic Beverages Certificate" as your program.
If you have already earned a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university, you should apply as a Post Baccalaureate Student. If you do no have a bachelors degree, you should apply as a Non-Degree Student.

Non-degree students do not qualify for financial aid. Non-degree students are part-time students and are expected to enroll in no more than eight credits per term. If enrolling in more than eight credits per term, a non-degree student will be charged tuition fees as a fully admitted student. Students wishing to pursue the certificate in addition to an OSU degree should apply as a degree seeking student with a major of their choice and add the certificate once they enroll.
